- All cancellations, pause and membership changes need to be in writing via our website www.roadfitness.com.au.
- any failed debits will incur a failed debit fee from our third party debiting company ezidebit.
- Bringing in non members outside of staffed hours with no notice to management will incur a $50 fee.
- Cancellations inside of contract is $150 cancellation fee and 30 days notice, outside of contracted period is 30 days notice.
- Failure to respect property, clients, equipment and staff can and will result in termination of membership.
